1. Introduction

Welcome to SkillHub (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at skillhubinstitute.com (the “Website”) and any programs, courses, training, or services offered by SkillHub Institute and SkillHub Training (together, the “Services”).

By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

2. About SkillHub

SkillHub Institute is an education and training provider based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We offer academic programs for students (including JEE, NEET, IELTS, and IGCSE/A Level preparation) and professional training and certification programs (including HR, business management, education and training, and UAE Labour Law courses). Our programs are KHDA-approved and/or delivered in partnership with UK and international accreditation and awarding bodies.

Accreditation, approval, and certification are subject to the rules of the relevant awarding body. SkillHub does not itself award third-party qualifications; we deliver approved training and support you in obtaining them.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in a program or make a payment on your own behalf. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enrol on your behalf and accept these Terms. By enrolling a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to do so.

By using the Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

4. Enquiries, Callback Requests, and Communications

When you submit an enquiry, callback request, or message through the Website, you consent to being contacted by SkillHub by phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding your request. Submitting a form does not create an enrolment or any obligation on SkillHub to offer a place.

Marketing communications will only be sent with your consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Enrolment and Admission

• Enrolment is confirmed only when SkillHub issues written confirmation and the applicable fees (or agreed instalment) have been received.
• Some programs have entry requirements set by SkillHub or the awarding body. SkillHub may request supporting documents (such as identification, academic records, or proof of work experience) before confirming admission.
• SkillHub reserves the right to refuse or cancel an enrolment where entry requirements are not met, information provided is false or misleading, or a program is withdrawn.

6. Fees and Payment

• All fees are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of VAT unless stated. VAT will be applied where required by UAE law.
• Fees must be paid in full, or according to an agreed instalment plan, by the dates specified at enrolment. Access to classes, learning materials, examinations, or certificates may be suspended for overdue fees.
• Fees quoted on the Website or in marketing materials may change. The fee confirmed in your enrolment documentation applies to you.
• Third-party examination, registration, or certification fees payable to awarding bodies may be charged separately unless expressly included in your program fee.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. SkillHub does not store your full card details.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

• By you: Requests to cancel or withdraw must be made in writing to info@skillhubinstitute.com. Refund eligibility depends on the program and the timing of your request. Registration fees, awarding-body fees already paid on your behalf, and fees for classes already delivered are generally non-refundable. Any applicable refund terms will be set out in your enrolment documentation and are subject to KHDA requirements.
• By SkillHub: If SkillHub cancels a program before it starts, you will be offered a transfer to an alternative program or a full refund of fees paid to SkillHub for that program.
• Transfers and deferrals: Requests to transfer to another program or intake are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee.
• Non-attendance: Failure to attend classes or complete a program does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Student and Participant Obligations

As a student or participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions and meet attendance requirements of the program and awarding body;
• Complete assessments honestly and without plagiarism, collusion, or other academic misconduct;
• Treat staff, tutors, and fellow learners with respect and comply with SkillHub’s conduct policies;
• Not record, copy, share, or redistribute classes or learning materials without written permission;
• Keep your login credentials for any learning platform confidential and not share your account.

Breach of these obligations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from a program without refund.

9. Certificates and Qualifications

• Certificates and qualifications are issued by SkillHub or the relevant awarding body only upon successful completion of all program requirements, including attendance, assessments, and payment of all fees.
• Processing times for third-party certificates are determined by the awarding body and are outside SkillHub’s control.
• SkillHub does not guarantee examination results, admission to any institution, employment, visa outcomes, or professional recognition in any jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and in our programs — including course materials, videos, presentations, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to SkillHub and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use learning materials for your own study while enrolled. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any materials without our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks (including awarding-body names and marks such as HRCI®, aPHRi™, PHRi™, SPHRi™, NCFE CACHE, and OTHM) belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification only.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or connected systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Scrape, crawl, or copy Website content without permission;
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through any form.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time without notice.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, partner organisations, accreditation bodies, or payment providers. These are provided for convenience only. SkillHub is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy, SkillHub does not warrant that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components, or that program information, schedules, or fees will not change.

Information on the Website is for general guidance and does not constitute professional, legal, immigration, or career advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• SkillHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of income, employment opportunity, or examination results, arising from your use of the Website or Services.
• SkillHub’s total liability to you in connection with any program shall not exceed the fees you have paid to SkillHub for that program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SkillHub, its directors, employees, and partners against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or Services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

17. Force Majeure

SkillHub shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, regulatory changes, strikes, utility failures, or awarding-body delays. Where possible, we will offer alternative delivery methods (such as online classes) or rescheduling.

18. Changes to Programs and Terms

We may modify program content, schedules, delivery methods, tutors, or fees to maintain quality or comply with regulatory or awarding-body requirements. Material changes to a program you are enrolled in will be communicated to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our Services, please contact us in writing at info@skillhubinstitute.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them fairly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) or the relevant awarding body, where applicable.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

21. General

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• Failure by SkillHub to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and your enrolment documentation, constitute the entire agreement between you and SkillHub regarding the Services.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
